Many of the Christian faith believe that the religious law highly forbids abortion. In fact, many believe that the religious law may see this as murder. Under the religious laws of the Ten Commandments, one of the commandments highly forbid the act of murder. And since so many believe that abortion is murder, they feel that it is forbidden by way of the religious laws. And many will go to all costs to express this belief. Some wonder why this is even the case. Many feel that if the law and religion are supposed to be two separate entities, then why would one say that abortion should be ceased because it violates religious law. One would argue that this is because religious law is very much a part of common law. Throughout the years, abortion has become a very popular topic that is often discussed, and it has never been at all uncommon that religious law tends to be a part of the conversation at one point or another. But the question that many are pondering about is whether or not religious law has a huge impact on the opinion of the law’s approach to abortion.

1. On the other hand, there are those that study the religious laws quite intensely, but they still believe that the religious laws does not condemn the act of having an abortion. There belief is that although the religious laws probably do not favor the act of having an abortion, they do not believe that there is a religious law that makes this declaration. They feel as though those that believe that the religious laws forbid abortion is based on their own assumptions about religious law. Nevertheless, that is just one interpretation of some people’s perception of the relationship between religious laws and abortion.

2. Although there are many religious laws that are debated from time to time, religious law and abortion seem to be one of the most commonly debated topics surrounding religious law. No matter what religious laws that you follow as a Christian to draw your belief on the topic of abortion is a personal choice. Ultimately, every one is going to develop their own opinions, and they are going to be entitled to those opinions. However, it is most important to many Christians, no matter what their personal view on abortion is, that the religious laws and how they relate to abortion, not to be a driving force that will divide the church.

Religious law continues to be enforced by more than just the church. Many of the religious laws that people tend to follow the most are the religious laws that come from there religious faiths, but every so often, there seems to be other religious laws that arise. The source for some of these statures that arise as to new religious laws sometimes comes straight from the government. The government will enforce religious laws from time to time after they have carefully examined an inherent issue, or the risk of something potentially acting as one in the future. Most times, the reason for establishing the new religious laws is because they want to make sure that everyone has the religious freedom that they deserve. In doing so, they want to make sure that the proper religious laws are in place so that no one is offended by other religions that are not identified as their own. Now, some people agree with this, while others do not. A religious law has been causing some conversation over the past few years since its conception in the year 2004 on March 3. The religious law that was created was initiated in the country of France by the French Senate. The basis of the religious law was that there were to be no more wearing of “conspicuous” religious symbols at public schools.

1. Although the new religious law that was passed by the French Senate states that there are to be no more wearing of “conspicuous” religious symbols, the new French religious law does not serve as a complete prohibition. For instance, the religious law does not prohibit the wearing of headscarves and other religious symbols in private schools and universities. Furthermore, the religious law that was passed by the French Senate in 2004, does not forbid these religious symbols from being displayed in all public places. Instead, it is kind of a reinforcement of previous religious laws that was passed to reiterate the message of religious freedom that previous religious laws were designed to define.

2. Although the government’s intentions are usually always positive when they are devising religious laws, some feel that this religious law that was passed by the French Senate was not a good decision. Some feel that in order for religious law to really appeal to the religious freedoms of all, everyone should be allowed to wear their religious symbols while in public school. While others agree that the best way to not offend anyone, while still giving people their religious freedoms is to ban the “conspicuous” religious symbols all together. No matter what belief system is most dear to the individual, whether they agree or not, many are saying that they feel that the intentions of the government in creating the religious law of 2004 was good.

Although law and religion are often said to be separate, it is important for the government to discuss the relationship between the two. In order for separation to be set in place between law and religion, the government has to sit down and devise these formulas that are going to promote the separation. In the government’s discussion about laws and religion, it is important that whatever new laws that are composed in regards to law and religion still hold true to giving people the religious freedom that they want. The separation between laws and religion is about making sure that the people are content with the decisions that they make. They want to come to fair conclusions when it comes to the laws and religion. Although no mater what the government decides to do between law and religion, everyone is not going to be happy, the aim is often to make sure that the people are happy. Even if they may not be directly happy with the government’s final decision when they are discussing a matter of law and religion, many are at least happy with the idea of knowing that the law and religion discussion was done to work things out to the best of their interest in terms of religious freedom.

1. The First Amendment is one of the most important documentation that relates to laws and religion. This is one of the first times that laws and religion were clearly defined on this level. Although everyone may not be completely familiar with every federal law and religion sanction, they are certainly aware of the laws and religion sanctions that are found in the First Amendment. This was one of the first times when law and religion were declared as separate entities, officially giving people the right to their freedom of religion.

2. The Supreme Court has gone on to pass further sanctions in regards to laws and religion throughout the years. One of the key basis that has been touched upon by the Supreme Court in terms of laws and religion is religion in the schools. The Supreme Court has addressed the notion of prayer in public schools, as well as religious teaching.

3. Another topic of discussion in term of laws and religion is religious displays and symbols. In the government’s discussion about law and religion, something that is at the heart of the discussion is what is acceptable in terms of religious displays in public places. This goes from anywhere to the law and religion discussions as to what monuments with a religious connotation are permitted, and what religious symbols one can wear in their daily lives. As the religious discussions continue to unravel, it is all in an effort to strengthen the relationship between laws and religion.
